Responsible for delivering an exceptional dining service for our travelers in accordance with Grand Circle Cruise Line
(GCCL) standards, while contributing to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Practicing GCCL values
  • Providing professional food and beverage service in dining room area
  • Responsible for the mise en place and hygiene of dining room area
  • Good knowledge and understanding of bar and restaurant menus
  • Any other duties advised by Restaurant Manager/Hotel Manager

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Hotel school diploma or basic education equivalent is preferred
  • Minimum two years of experience in the field of desired position, preferably on river/ocean ship or in a 4 or 5 star restaurant and/or hotel
  • Cruise ship experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and progress
  • Fluency in English
  • Fully vaccinated
