JOB REQUIRMENTS
Strong customer focus with experience in fast-paced retail environments
Proven ability to drive sales through events, networking, and building client relationships
Excellent sales, communication, customer service, organization, and financial skills
Solid leadership skills and awareness of multicultural work environments
Trained in selling techniques and visual merchandising
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and accountable
Entrepreneurial mindset with creative ideas to enhance guest experiences
Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems
Fluent in English (B2 level); additional European language (Italian, French, German, or Spanish) at B2 level preferred
Willing and available to live and work onboard a cruise ship for a 5-month contract

Drive sales and service performance by managing all operational aspects of the store's exhibition areas
Deliver a memorable retail experience onboard, creating excitement around brands and products
Lead by example, inspiring the team with energy, trust, and a strong alignment to company values
Foster strong relationships with onboard and shore-based management to ensure transparency and collaboration
Get It Right:
Maintain high visual merchandising and marketing standards, optimizing retail space and rotating products throughout the cruise
Oversee logistics operations including loading, unloading, restocking, and general cleanliness of display areas
Take full responsibility for the daily administration and smooth operation of the onboard shops
Maximize store opening hours while ensuring compliance with customs regulations and onboard programming
Manage, coach, and develop a team of retail staff, identifying training needs and providing regular brand, sales, and service updates
Ensure accurate and timely sales reporting, voyage summaries, and guest feedback collection
