Job Description:


Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the front office, providing excellent customer service to guests, and ensuring that the hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Manage the front office staff, ensuring that all staff members are properly trained and are performing their duties in accordance with hotel standards.

Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring that all guests receive an exceptional experience during their stay.

Monitor the front desk, ensuring that all guests are checked in and out properly.

Manage the check-in and check-out process, ensuring that all guests information is accurately recorded.

Oversee the housekeeping staff, ensuring that all rooms are kept clean and tidy.

Ensure that all safety and security protocols are followed.

Handle guest complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Monitor the hotels financial performance, ensuring that all costs are kept within budget.

Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.

Develop and maintain relationships with guests, ensuring that they are satisfied with their stay.

Monitor the hotels online reputation, responding to reviews and complaints in a timely manner.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in hotel management, business, or a related field.

Proven experience as a front office manager or similar role.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

Knowledge of hotel industry standards and procedures.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
