  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the high standards of the cruise line.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as housekeeping, food & beverage, and entertainment to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures, including providing assistance during drills or emergencies.
