Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and maintain the slot machines to ensure they are functioning properly

- Assist guests with any questions or concerns regarding the slot machines onboard the cruise ship

- Pay out winnings and handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

- Promote and encourage responsible gambling practices

- Keep the casino area clean and organized

- Report any technical issues or malfunctions to the appropriate personnel

- Provide exceptional customer service to all casino guests

- Follow all company policies and procedures, as well as local gaming regulations

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a casino or hospitality setting

- Knowledge of slot machines and their operations is preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Must be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary gaming licenses/permits
