Job Summary:
As a Nightclub Hostess & Dancer, you will enhance the nightlife experience by providing exceptional entertainment and customer service. Your role is critical in creating a vibrant, energetic atmosphere and ensuring that all guests enjoy a memorable evening.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and help create a welcoming environment.
- Escort guests to their tables.
- Engage with guests to promote nightclub events and specials.
- Perform dance routines individually or as part of a group according to the following schedule. 6 days per week, from 12:00 AM until 02:00 AM, four shows, each show 15 minutes with a break of 15 minutes in between.
- Encourage guest participation in themed dance nights and other promotions.
- Maintain high energy and enthusiasm throughout performances.
- Ensure safety on the dance floor, adhering to all nightclub safety policies.
- Assist with the coordination of special events and private parties.
- Provide general assistance to other staff members during peak times to ensure optimal service.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information on about upcoming events and promotions.
- Uphold the nightclubs image and adhere to standards of conduct and dress code.
