Job Description:
Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Repairing and maintenance in Hotel and Deck department works related to maintenance in all public spaces, open deck and lounges including safety aspects
- Material inventories monitoring and PO receiving
- Material storage and inventories updating
- Material requisition issuing under Deck and Hotel department into his Technical knowledge
- Report of missing spare parts and verifying correct delivery monitoring together his Superior and soliciting the material needed to Procurement department
- Sharing Inventories and materials list with ashore responsible to Hotel Superintendent and Hotel Surveyor
- Sharing Inventories and materials list with ashore RT Leaders related to the works scheduled during RT Group period onboard
- Tools of Furniture & Interiors Team Inventory and checking
- In emergency cases the Hotel Technical Storekeeper is obliged to support the Deck team and Engine team
- In case of needs the Hotel Technical Storekeeper is obliged to support all Furniture & Interior Officer Team under Facility Manager and Furniture Interiors Officer instructions
- Aim duties consist to Support the F&I Officer and FM in material list inventories and storage control
- Stores monitoring and control in order to be sure that all Hotel stores are in order and inventoried
Supports an effective and sustainable health and safety culture and environment on board, follows strictly HESS regulations and any Health and Safety Protocols in force to prevent the spread of diseases on board and reports to the Head of Department any observed violations of the Company's health procedures.
