  • Carrying out the daily routine at the reception
  • Contact person for all questions and concerns at the reception to ensure the well-being of the guests at the highest level
  • Preparation of interim and final accounts, sales lists, etc.
  • Organize, prepare and set up check-in for all boarding passengers
  • Independent preparation of all documents, lists (passenger and crew lists), entry cards, forms in cooperation with the Chief Purser / Crew Purser for the local authorities
  • Compliance with quality standards, guidelines and regulations in the area of ​​administration and cleanliness in the reception area
  • Protection of confidential data
  • Duration of your 1st contract: 3-6 months (also after individual consultation)

  • Vocational training in the hotel industry and several years of professional experience at the reception in upscale international hotels
  • Confident and personable demeanor and very well-groomed manners
  • High performance, resilience, reliability and team spirit

  • Very good computer skills
