- Individual care and advice for guests with regard to special private arrangements
- Short-term planning, organization and calculation as well as purchase and sale of these private arrangements
- Independent and responsible correspondence with the responsible shore excursion agencies
- Active support of the Shore Excursion Manager in controlling and enforcing quality standards in the area of responsibility for tourism
- Presence in the guest area and active host for the guests
- Taking care of guests during the outward and return flights, as well as on pre- and post-programs
- Willingness to induct within the framework of the position as Shore Excursion Consultant
What you bring on board:
- Specialist training as a travel agent or tourism specialist
- Several years of experience in a comparable position on board cruise ships
- Reliable worldwide destination knowledge
- Very good knowledge of German (mother tongue) and English (spoken and written), further foreign languages desirable
- Very good PC skills, especially MS Office applications, Fidelio Cruise and DaVinci desirable
