Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests to the casino, providing them with information on games and promotions
- Assist the Casino Host in organizing and hosting casino events and tournaments On Board Cruise Ship
- Monitor the casino floor and ensure all games are running smoothly and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Assist in resolving guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized casino environment, including restocking supplies and cleaning machines
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with guests to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat visits
- Stay up-to-date on all casino promotions and events to effectively communicate them to guests
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as gaming regulations and laws
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a casino or hospitality setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash and maintain accurate records
- Knowledge of casino games and regulations is preferred
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary gaming licenses
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
