Job Description:

Assessment and Consultation:

Personalized Exercise Programs:

  • Develop customized movement and exercise programs tailored to individual guests' needs and fitness levels.
  • Provide guidance on a variety of exercises, including flexibility, strength training, and cardiovascular activities.

Instruction and Demonstration:

  • Demonstrate proper techniques for various exercises and movements.
  • Instruct guests on how to perform exercises safely and effectively.

Group Classes:

  • Conduct group fitness classes or movement workshops for hotel guests.
  • Create a positive and inclusive atmosphere during group sessions.

Nutritional Guidance:

  • Offer basic nutritional advice and recommendations to complement guests' fitness goals.

Monitoring and Feedback:

  • Monitor guests' progress and adjust exercise programs accordingly.
  • Provide regular feedback and encouragement to motivate guests to achieve their fitness objectives.

Equipment Oversight:

  • Ensure that exercise equipment is properly maintained and safe for use.
