Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Casino Manager in the day-to-day operation of the casino onboard the cruise ship

- Manage and supervise a team of casino staff, including dealers, cashiers, and technicians

- Monitor and maintain the financial performance of the casino, including revenue, expenses, and budgets

- Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and company policies

- Train and develop casino staff to provide exceptional customer service and promote responsible gaming practices

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests in the casino

- Maintain accurate records of casino operations, including financial transactions and player tracking

- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner

- Participate in regular meetings with the Casino Manager and other department heads to discuss performance and make recommendations for improvement


Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a casino management role

- Strong knowledge of casino operations, including gaming regulations and financial management

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Customer service-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences to guests

- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary licenses and certifications
