  • Control of goods movements and ordering processes in the area of ​​responsibility
  • Ensuring the availability of logs and checklists according to company specifications.
  • Strict compliance with safety, environmental and hygiene guidelines (ShipSan, PH/HACCP, ISM/&ISO, SQM, TUIC service standards) in the area of ​​responsibility
  • Cleaning / sanitizing the workplace (including work equipment used), using personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • In special cases, flexible use in other service areas
  • Control and compliance with the internal board regulations in the area of ​​responsibility
  • Receiving and resolving guest complaints
  • Control and enforcement of quality standards in the area of ​​responsibility
  • As part of the pre-opening, additional tasks are to be carried out as instructed when taking over the ship, in the shipyard, when equipping and setting up the ship.
