Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and maintain security and safety procedures On Board Cruise Ship.
2. Conduct regular patrols to ensure all areas of the vessel are secure.
3. Monitor surveillance cameras and respond to any suspicious activity.
4. Conduct security checks on all guests and crew members before boarding the vessel.
5. Implement and enforce security protocols, including access control and emergency response procedures.
6. Investigate and report any security incidents or breaches.
7. Work closely with other departments to ensure all security procedures are followed and maintained.
8. Provide security briefings and training to crew members and guests.
9. Keep up-to-date with security regulations and make recommendations for improvements.
10. Maintain accurate records of security incidents and report to the appropriate authorities if necessary.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience as a Security Officer, preferably in a maritime or hospitality setting.
2. Strong knowledge of security procedures and regulations.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
5. Physically fit and able to perform security duties, including patrolling and standing for long periods.
6. Valid security certification and training.
7. Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
8. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
9. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
10. Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing situations.
