Do you have a passion for gastronomy, but durian and halo-halo are foreign words even to you? With your job on board as Assistant Restaurant Manager (Executive Maitre d'hotel) (f/m/d) you look beyond your own nose and don't serve dishes, but experiences:

  • Organization and control of the assigned area by the restaurant manager as well as delegating tasks
  • Presence during meals in the restaurant and constant control even during menu briefings
  • Control of routine tasks carried out, such as assembly and dismantling measures in the area of ​​responsibility, as well as the proper clearing away of goods and equipment according to the highest safety standards
  • Assisting the Executive Maitre D' in writing and reviewing the daily work schedule for employees
  • Organization and coordination of tasks for special occasions and additional side tasks such as on-the-job training
  • Contact person for the guests for suggestions, suggestions and criticism in the service
  • In special cases also flexible use in other service areas
  • Contract duration of your first assignment: 4 months, subsequent follow-up contracts possible
