Job Description:
- Clean and sanitize all surfaces in the crew mess area, including tables, chairs, and counters
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum the floors on a daily basis
- Restock and organize supplies such as plates, utensils, and condiments
- Assist with food preparation and serving during meal times
- Maintain inventory of supplies and report any shortages to the supervisor
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the crew mess area
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
