Job Description:

- Greet guests as they enter the casino and assist with any questions or concerns they may have.

- Provide information about casino games, rules, and promotions to guests.

- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.

- Assist guests with opening and managing their casino accounts.

- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.

- Promote special events and promotions to guests and encourage participation.

- Monitor and report any suspicious or fraudulent activity.

- Handle cash and chips accurately and efficiently.

- Assist in organizing and executing casino tournaments and events.

- Build and maintain relationships with VIP players and provide personalized service.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.

- Maintain a clean and organized casino floor.

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Casino Host or in a similar role.

- Knowledge of casino games and regulations.

- Excellent customer service skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Must possess a positive attitude and be a team player.

- Must be able to obtain any required licenses or certifications.

- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.

- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
