Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, shoot, and produce video and photo content for corporate, marketing, and social media purposes.
  • Develop and produce engaging, platform-specific content optimized for social media engagement and audience growth.
  • Edit raw footage into polished videos, incorporating graphics, music, and effects where appropriate.
  • Manage all aspects of post-production including color correction, sound mixing, and motion graphics.
  • Upload and schedule content across social media platforms, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop content ideas that support marketing and business objectives.
  • Maintain and organize all media assets, ensuring backups and proper archival.
  • Keep up with trends in content creation and platform-specific best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 to 6 years of proven experience in content creation, video production, and social media strategy.
  • Strong technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.) and hands-on experience with production equipment.
  • Excellent visual storytelling skills with the ability to lead projects from concept to final delivery across multiple platforms.
  • Strong leadership, time management, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a keen eye for detail and brand alignment.
