Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Intern to support our sales operations and daily business activities. This internship offers hands-on experience in administrative support, client communication, and basic sales documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing, organizing, and managing sales-related documents (e.g., proposals, agreements, meeting notes)

  • Schedule meetings, calls, and appointments; send reminders and follow-ups

  • Maintain and update internal sales trackers and client records

  • Handle basic communication with clients or external parties (e.g., calls, emails)

  • Assist in the preparation of presentation decks or materials (experience with Canva is a plus)

  • Work closely with your manager to stay on top of scheduling, basic tracking, and handling administrative follow-ups.

  • Conduct simple research on companies, markets, or potential clients when needed

  • Ensure the sales tracker is consistently updated and maintained with accurate and current information.

  • Gain exposure to client-related processes, including attending internal client briefings or assisting with follow-ups

  • Provide administrative support during client communications, helping to ensure smooth coordination and accurate documentation

Requirements

  • Preferably someone who can speak and write English, Malay, and Mandarin.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage schedules and documents efficiently

  • Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools is an added advantage

  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment
