The role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team, focused on capital raising and investor engagement across multiple private market strategies. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our investor network and supporting fundraising efforts across the following areas:
Primary Fund Investments
Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with potential investors
interested in private equity fund commitments.- Represent our company and offerings with deep market knowledge and professional integrity.
Equity Co-Investments
Facilitate direct investment opportunities alongside established
private equity sponsors.Work closely with internal teams and external partners to structure
and present compelling co-investment opportunities.
Secondaries
Manage and deepen relationships with institutional and accredited
investors seeking exposure to secondary market transactions.Provide insights on market trends and support deal sourcing and
execution.
Private Credit
Promote investment opportunities in private debt instruments,
including direct lending and structured credit.Educate investors on the risk-return profile and strategic value of
private credit in diversified portfolios.
What will you do:
Lead and support capital raising efforts across private equity, co
investments, secondaries, and private credit strategies.Develop and manage relationships with institutional investors, family
offices, and high-net-worth individuals.Represent investment opportunities to prospective investors through
presentations, meetings, and written communication.Collaborate with internal teams (investment, legal, operations) to
ensure seamless execution of fundraising processes.Maintain detailed investor CRM records, follow-ups, and investor
reporting needs.- Provide market insights and feedback from investors to refine strategy positioning and fund structuring
Participate in roadshows, conferences, and other industry events to
build brand presence and investor relationships.Work with placement agents and distribution partners (where
applicable) to expand reach and access new investor channels.
Who are we looking for:
Possess a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Finance, Economics,
Business Administration, or a related field.At least 2 years of relevant work experience in sales, business
development, client relations, or investor engagement.Prior experience in client coverage, wealth management, or sell-side
advisory is a strong plus.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and
written.- Highly motivated, self-starter with a client-focused mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt in a fast-paced,
dynamic environment.
