The Role

We are seeking a results-oriented and relationship-driven professional to join our Capital Formation team. You will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals, while supporting fundraising efforts across multiple private market strategies.

What will you do:

  • Primary Fund Commitments 

    Cultivate long-term LP relationships and introduce differentiated 

    private equity strategies.
  • Equity Co-Investments 

    Present bespoke direct investment opportunities alongside top-tier 

    GPs; structure and execute transactions collaboratively.
  • Secondaries 

    Identify and engage investors seeking secondary market exposure; 

    provide insights and assist in execution.
  • Private Credit

    Promote high-yield investment opportunities in direct lending

    structured credit, and private debt instruments.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and support capital raising and fund distribution efforts across 

    private equity and credit verticals.
  • Present bespoke direct investment opportunities alongside top-tier GPs; structure and execute transactions collaboratively
  • Develop and manage investor pipelines, and structured outreach 

    strategies.
  • Participate in roadshows, industry conferences, and capital 

    introduction events.
  • Work cross-functionally with investment, legal, and operations teams 

    for seamless execution.
  • Provide feedback on investor sentiment to help refine fund positioning and go-to-market strategy.
  • Collaborate with placement agents, distribution partners, and third 

    party platforms when necessary.

Who are we looking for:

  • Bachelor's, Master’s, or PhD in Finance, Economics, Business, or a 

    related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales, capital raising, investor relations, or client coverage
  • Prior exposure to private markets, wealth management, or sell-side 

    advisory is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to 

    engage C-level and institutional stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial, driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic 

    environment.
