Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our used car inventory and industry trends.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current in the automotive industry.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in used car sales or related industries.
  • Strong experience with CRM tools, demonstrating effective customer data management.
  • Tertiary level education preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Enthusiastic, customer-focused, and results-driven.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
