Senior Data Analyst

We are looking for a seasoned data expert to turn data into insights that drive strategy and improve business performance. This role partners across teams to support data-driven decisions and enhance self-service analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze data to guide strategic and operational decisions
• Respond to ad-hoc reporting needs from business teams
• Lead dashboard design and UX improvements on Power BI with IT teams
• Build analytical models and ensure clear documentation
• Develop visual dashboards for performance tracking
• Identify and resolve data quality issues
• Support teams in using Power BI through training and guidance

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree; Masters or MBA is a plus
• 6+ years in analytics or data roles
• Strong skills in data tools and statistical analysis
• Experience with large datasets and business modeling
• Proficiency in English is a key requirement.
