Are you fluent in German, Portuguese, or Polish? Do you have a passion for helping customers? We are looking for dynamic Customer Service Advisors to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria!

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service via email and chat.

- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.

- Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.

What We Offer:

- Attractive salary of 2,900 BGN x 14 monthly payments.

- Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break).

- Monthly transportation/internet allowance of 50 BGN net, paid in addition to your salary.

Requirements:

- Fluent in German, Portuguese, or Polish (spoken and written).

- Good Command of English

- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
