Role Overview:

As a Customer Sales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out with questions, concerns, and service requests. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in German (C1/C2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Bulgarian residency card
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
