About the Role:

As a Customer Support, you’ll be the primary point of contact for customers needing assistance before, during, or after their trips. Using digital channels, you’ll handle questions about bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, refunds, and general travel concerns—helping ensure a smooth and stress-free experience throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support travellers via chat, email, and online tools with travel-related questions.

  • Handle reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities, including modifications and cancellations.

  • Provide clear guidance on itineraries, travel requirements, baggage policies, and refund processes.

  • Assist with account updates, payments, and loyalty or rewards programs.

  • Identify urgent or complex cases (e.g., disruptions or missed connections) and escalate when needed.

  • Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure consistent, high-quality service.

  • Meet service quality standards, productivity goals, and response-time KPIs.

  • Stay up to date on travel policies, destination changes, tools, and service improvements.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
  • Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Greek residency card
  • Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
  • Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
