• Problem Resolution: Identify customer concerns and provide efficient solutions while maintaining a positive experience.

• Product Information: Offer clear guidance on product details, availability, and current promotions.

Qualifications

• Language Skills: Proficiency in Czech (C1/C2) and English (B2)
• Experience: 0-1 year of experience in content moderation or a related analytical role
• Skills: Strong communication, analytical mindset, and client-support ability
