Role Overview:

As a Digital Sales & Marketing Specialist, you will support advertisers by providing strategic guidance, improving campaign effectiveness, and helping them achieve sustainable business growth. Your role will focus on delivering data-driven recommendations and creating successful online marketing strategies tailored to each client’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and create customized advertising plans
• Communicate with clients through email, chat, and video calls, providing clear guidance and actionable recommendations
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements based on KPIs and performance data
• Educate clients on digital tools, market trends, and industry best practices
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure ongoing success
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee smooth campaign management and execution
• Provide insights and feedback to enhance customer satisfaction and campaign outcomes

Qualifications:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
  
• Experience: Sales Experience is a plus 
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
