Role Overview
As a Technical Customer Specialist, you will be the primary contact for customers who need assistance with technical matters, products, or services. Through various communication channels — including phone, email, chat, and social media — you will provide guidance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customers receive effective and timely solutions. With structured onboarding and continuous training, you’ll have the opportunity to grow your technical skills within a collaborative and customer-focused team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver professional technical support via phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Help customers understand product features and resolve technical issues
  • Walk customers through step-by-step solutions to troubleshoot problems
  • Provide clear information about system functionalities, updates, and services
  • Assist with account, software, or device-related concerns
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex or escalated cases
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions in internal systems
  • Keep up to date with product developments, system changes, and best practices
  • Take part in ongoing training to enhance technical knowledge and service quality
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C2) and English (B2).
  • Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.
  • Experience: 0–1 year in customer support or related roles.
  • Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Mindset: Curious, adaptable, and eager to grow within an international environment.
