As an E-Commerce Customer Support Specialist, you’ll help deliver seamless and positive online shopping experiences. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customers through chat and email with accurate, professional, and empathetic responses

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in German (C1 level)
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level)
  • EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
  • At least one year of experience in Customer Support or a related role
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
  • Desire to learn and advance in the field
