• Record actions taken and update case information accurately within internal systems.
• Spot errors, inconsistencies, or potential workflow improvements and escalate issues when necessary.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure cases are handled efficiently and processes stay aligned.
• Keep up to date with policy changes, tools, and operational updates.

Qualifications

• Language Skills: Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level).
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.
