About the Role:

As a Customer Specialist, you will act as the primary contact for customers seeking assistance before, during, or after their journeys. Using digital communication channels, you will handle requests related to bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, refunds, and general travel inquiries — helping ensure every traveler has a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist travelers through chat, email, and online platforms with a variety of travel-related questions

• Manage reservations for flights, accommodations, car rentals, and activities, including modifications and cancellations

• Provide accurate information regarding travel plans, entry requirements, baggage policies, and refund processes

• Support customers with account issues, payments, and loyalty or rewards programs

• Recognize urgent or complex situations, such as delays or missed connections, and escalate them when needed

• Record customer interactions accurately within internal systems

• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent service quality

• Meet established performance goals, including quality standards and response-time targets

• Stay up to date with travel policies, destination updates, tools, and operational improvements

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Croatian (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Greek residency card
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
