Role Overview

As a Tech Customer Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers with technical inquiries, troubleshooting product and service issues, and delivering effective solutions through various communication channels. Your goal will be to ensure a seamless customer experience while maintaining high standards of professionalism, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving technical concerns
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose product, software, and system-related issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions, ensuring they can successfully use products and services
  • Support users with account management, software functionality, device configuration, and connectivity-related matters
  • Escalate complex or unresolved technical issues to the appropriate teams and monitor cases through to resolution
  • Deliver customer-focused support with empathy, professionalism, and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Adhere to company policies, security protocols, and service quality standards while handling customer interactions
  • Accurately document customer contacts, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions within internal systems
  • Stay current on product updates, technical tools, and support processes through ongoing training and development
Qualifications
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in German (C1/C2) and English (B2)
  • Experience: 0-1 year of experience in CS or Tech CS
  • Skills: Strong communication, analytical mindset, and client-support ability
  • Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency
