Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer support across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media
- Assist customers with account management, password resets, billing inquiries, subscriptions, and service-related questions
- Troubleshoot device, software, and account-related issues while providing clear and effective solutions
- Guide customers through product features, settings, and best practices to enhance their overall experience
- Maintain a professional, customer-centric approach while handling inquiries and resolving concerns
- Accurately document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions within internal systems
- Collaborate with specialized support teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution

- Stay up to date with product updates, new features, and support procedures through ongoing training and development
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
- Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
- Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
