Role Overview:

As a Customer Advisor, you will act as the primary contact for customers, offering assistance via phone, email, and live chat. Your focus will be on delivering accurate information and ensuring a seamless and positive customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner
• Address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and support account-related requests
• Communicate clearly and effectively to ensure a positive experience
• Record all interactions and resolutions in internal systems
• Recognize complex cases and escalate when necessary
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently
• Achieve KPIs, quality benchmarks, and response time targets
• Stay informed on products, policies, and best practices to maintain high service standards

Requirements: 

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in French (C1/C2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card
• Experience: 0–1 year in customer support or a related role
• Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Mindset: Eager to learn, adaptable, and motivated to grow within a fast-paced environment
