Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Provide friendly and professional assistance across phone, chat, email, and social platforms.
• Booking Management: Handle reservations, itinerary updates, and cancellations efficiently.
• Policy Guidance: Clearly explain fare conditions, baggage allowances, travel requirements, and available services.
• Travel Assistance: Support passengers with check-in, boarding, and general travel inquiries.
• Tailored Solutions: Recommend upgrades, routes, and options based on individual customer needs.
• Issue Resolution: Coordinate with internal teams to resolve concerns and escalations effectively.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Maltese residency card
