Role Overview:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for customers across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Your role will focus on delivering exceptional service, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience at every stage of the interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer courteous and professional assistance through phone, email, and live chat channels
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and account-related requests with accuracy and efficiency
• Provide clear guidance and practical solutions to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Accurately record customer interactions, updates, and resolutions within internal systems
• Identify situations that require further investigation and escalate them according to established procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively
• Meet established service levels, quality benchmarks, and productivity targets
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, policies, and processes

Requirements: 

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in French (C1/C2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card
• Experience: 0–1 year in customer support or a related role
• Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Mindset: Eager to learn, adaptable, and motivated to grow within a fast-paced environment
