Role Overview:

As a Quality Expert Reviewer, you will evaluate and review user-generated content to ensure it aligns with platform policies and community standards. You will be responsible for identifying harmful or inappropriate material, taking action based on established guidelines, and supporting a secure and respectful digital space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate user content according to platform rules and standards
• Detect and remove policy-violating material (e.g., violence, hate speech, spam, etc.)
• Make fast, accurate decisions while following structured proceduresEscalate sensitive or high-risk cases using internal escalation protocols
• Maintain strong quality, productivity, and consistency levelsRecord moderation actions and decisions clearly in internal tools
• Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth daily operationsStay informed about policy updates and best moderation practices

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish Latam (C1) and English (B2)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Irish residency card
• Experience: 0–1 year in content moderation or related roles
