Role Overview:
As a Content Moderator, you will review and assess user-generated content to ensure it meets platform guidelines and community standards. Your goal is to identify inappropriate or harmful content, take action according to policy, and contribute to maintaining a secure and respectful digital space.
Key Responsibilities:

Review and moderate user-generated content in line with platform guidelines

Identify and remove content that violates policies (violence, hate speech, spam, etc.)

Make accurate decisions quickly while following defined procedures

Escalate sensitive or high-risk cases according to internal protocols

Maintain high levels of quality, productivity, and consistency

Document decisions clearly in internal systems

Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations

Stay updated on policy changes and moderation best practices
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2)
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Irish residency card
- Experience: 0–1 year in content moderation or related roles
- Mindset: Curious, adaptable, and eager to grow within an international environment
