Role Overview:

As a Customer Advisor, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them via phone, email, and live chat. Your focus will be on delivering accurate and timely information while ensuring a smooth, positive experience throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Multi-Channel Support: Deliver professional assistance via phone, email, and chat
• Problem Solving: Address product and service inquiries, resolve issues, and support account-related requests
• Customer Engagement: Communicate clearly and effectively to ensure customers feel understood and supported
• Accurate Documentation: Log all interactions and resolutions accurately in internal systems

Requirements: 

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in French (C1/C2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card
• Experience: 0–1 year in customer support or a related role
• Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Mindset: Eager to learn, adaptable, and motivated to grow within a fast-paced environment
