Role Overview:

As a Customer Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for customers, assisting them via phone, email, and live chat. Your goal is to provide accurate, timely information while ensuring a smooth and positive experience at every stage of the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Multi-Channel Support: Provide professional assistance via phone, email, and chat

• Problem Solving: Handle product and service inquiries, resolve issues, and support account-related requests

• Customer Engagement: Communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring customers feel heard and supported

• Accurate Documentation: Record all interactions and resolutions accurately in internal systems

• Escalation Management: Identify complex or sensitive cases and escalate them when necessary

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently

• Performance Goals: Meet established KPIs, quality standards, and response-time targets

• Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with products, policies, and best practices to consistently deliver high-quality support

Requirements: 

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card
• Experience: 0–1 year in customer support or a related role
• Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Mindset: Eager to learn, adaptable, and motivated to grow within a fast-paced environment
