Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate platform content, user requests, and system alerts to ensure compliance with internal guidelines (non-sensitive content)
• Apply company policies and procedures consistently to maintain platform quality and reliability
• Accurately document actions taken and update case details in internal systems
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, or opportunities for improvement, and escalate when needed
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth case handling and aligned processes
• Keep up to date with policy changes, tools, and operational procedures
• Share insights and feedback to help enhance processes, tools, and overall efficiency

Qualifications

• Language Skills: Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level).
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.
