Role Overview
As a Customer Advisor for the Insurance Project, you will be the primary point of contact for policyholders and prospective customers. You will assist with inquiries related to insurance policies, coverage options, claims processes, billing matters, and account updates, ensuring customers receive accurate information and outstanding support throughout their experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional and customer-focused support via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels
- Assist customers with policy-related inquiries, coverage information, account updates, renewals, and billing questions
- Provide clear explanations regarding insurance products, services, terms, and procedures
- Support customers throughout the claims process by offering guidance and answering questions
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction
- Accurately document customer interactions, requests, and case outcomes within internal systems
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate departments when necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and seamless customer support
- Adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements, and service standards in all customer interactions
- Stay up to date with insurance products, industry regulations, and company processes through ongoing training
Qualifications
- Language Skills: Proficiency in German (C1/C2) and English (B2)
- Experience: 0-1 year of experience in CS or Tech CS
- Skills: Strong communication, analytical mindset, and client-support ability
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency
