Role Overview:
As a Customer Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers using an online shopping platform. You will assist with a wide range of inquiries, including orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, payments, and account-related concerns, ensuring customers receive timely support and a positive shopping experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and friendly customer support through phone, email, chat, and other digital communication channels
- Assist customers with order management, delivery tracking, returns, exchanges, refunds, and account-related inquiries
- Offer accurate information regarding products, promotions, payment methods, and platform services
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Handle payment, billing, and transaction-related questions with accuracy and professionalism
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and case resolutions within internal systems
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases according to company procedures when necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams, logistics partners, and other stakeholders to ensure effective issue resolution
- Meet service quality standards, productivity goals, and response-time targets
- Stay informed about platform updates, policies, products, and e-commerce industry trends through ongoing training
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Proficiency in German (C1/C2) and English (B2).
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card.
- Experience: 0-1 year of experience in content moderation or a related analytical role.
- Skills: Strong critical thinking, communication, and decision-making abilities.
