Role Overview:

As a Customer Agent, you will act as the main contact point for users, offering support through email, chat, phone, and social media. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and professional support across multiple communication channels
• Help customers with account creation, password recovery, billing questions, and identity verification
• Identify and resolve technical issues while keeping customers updated
• Maintain a positive, solution-focused attitude in all interactions
• Record and manage cases accurately following internal processes
• Work closely with internal teams to improve service delivery

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Russian (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
