Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional customer support via phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Assist passengers with flight reservations, changes, and cancellations
  • Clearly explain fare conditions, baggage allowances, and additional services
  • Guide customers through check-in, boarding, and travel requirements
  • Offer suitable flight options, upgrades, and personalized travel solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to handle complex or escalated cases
  • Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems

Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German (C2) and English (B2).
  • Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.
  • Experience: 0–1 year in customer support or related roles.
  • Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
