As a Travel Agent, you will serve as the primary contact for travellers, assisting them via phone, email, and live chat. Your goal is to offer clear information, handle requests efficiently, and ensure customers enjoy a smooth and stress-free travel experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with travellers in a friendly, professional, and supportive manner across phone, email, and chat

Assist with bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and general travel-related inquiries

Provide accurate information and practical solutions to address customer needs

Maintain detailed and well-organized records of customer interactions

Identify complex or sensitive cases and escalate them following established procedures

Requirements:
- Fluent in Danish (C1/C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Residency Card
- 0-1 year of experience in customer support
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
