Role Overview:

As a Customer Support, you will act as the primary contact for customers, offering assistance via phone, email, and live chat. Your aim is to provide clear guidance and ensure a smooth, positive experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers through phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional way
• Manage inquiries, resolve issues, and support account-related requests
• Communicate clearly to enhance the overall customer experience
• Record interactions and resolutions accurately in internal systems
• Recognize complex situations and escalate when necessary
• Work with internal teams to resolve issues effectively
• Meet KPIs, quality benchmarks, and response time goals
• Stay updated on products, policies, and best practices

Requirements: 

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in French (C1/C2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card
• Experience: 0–1 year in customer support or a related role
• Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Mindset: Eager to learn, adaptable, and motivated to grow within a fast-paced environment
