Role Overview:

As a Customer Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the leasing process. Your role will involve providing guidance, answering inquiries, reviewing application and contract-related information, and ensuring customers receive a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver friendly and professional customer support via phone, email, and live chat
  • Assist customers with questions related to leasing applications, contracts, requirements, documentation, and account-related matters
  • Review and verify customer information for accuracy and completeness
  • Communicate clearly and effectively to resolve customer concerns and provide guidance throughout the leasing process
  • Accurately document customer interactions within internal systems
  • Escalate complex or sensitive cases following company procedures

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in French (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
  • Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
