Role Overview:

As a Customer Specialist, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers across various communication channels. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Support customers with questions related to accounts, services, and product features
• Offer clear explanations and step-by-step assistance when required
• Resolve issues with empathy, professionalism, and a solution-oriented mindset
• Accurately record customer interactions and outcomes in internal systems
• Recognize complex or sensitive cases and escalate them appropriately
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver consistent and high-quality customer support

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Greece residency card
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
